Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or product to: conduct illegal activities, impersonate others, attempt to compromise the security of the service, reverse engineer non-public components, or overload our infrastructure.
Wayvin reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
All rights to the site (text, code, design, logos) belong to Wayvin or its licensors.
Content you generate with the platform (itineraries, proposals, traveler data) belongs to you. You only grant us the technical license needed to process it and deliver the service.
Availability and limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Events outside our control (cloud provider outages, attacks) may cause occasional disruptions.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wayvin is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are substantial we'll notify you by email or via a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts at the consumer's domicile or, failing that, the courts of Madrid.
