⚠️ This text is an initial draft pending legal review. If you need a finalized version, email us at [email protected].
At Wayvin we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights under GDPR.
Data controller
Wayvin ("we"). Contact: [email protected].
If you have questions about your data or want to exercise any of the rights below, write to us at that address — we'll respond within 30 days.
What data we collect
Contact data you voluntarily provide when filling out the demo form (name, email, agency, optional message).
Technical data when you browse wayvin.ai: IP address, device and browser type, language, pages visited and time on each page. This data is collected in aggregate, anonymous form via Google Analytics 4 — only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
Why we use it and legal basis
To respond to your demo request or queries (legal basis: contract performance or pre-contractual measures).
To understand how the site is used and improve the product (legal basis: your explicit consent via the cookie banner).
To meet legal obligations (tax, accounting) where applicable (legal basis: legal obligation).
How long we keep it
Demo form data is kept for 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Analytics data is retained in aggregate form for 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default).
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with vendors we need to operate the service: Google (Analytics), Cloudflare (hosting) and a transactional email provider. All operate under a Data Processing Agreement.
Some of these vendors are based outside the European Economic Area. In those cases we apply the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as an additional safeguard.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and request portability of your data. You can also withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
If you believe we are mishandling your data, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. If the changes are substantial we'll notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the site.
